Orders are normally despatched within 2 business days. 

Our carrier, Fed Ex UK, aim to deliver to most parts of mainland UK within 24hrs* of despatch

*deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Highlands are normally 48-72hrs

Delivery hours are normally 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday. During peak times these hours and days may be extended

Customers will normally receive a pre-delivery alert via email and/or SMS message 

Customers can also access the tracking number of any shipped orders through their online order history. Orders can be tracked via the Fed Ex website, and entering both their consignment (tracking) number, and delivery postcode
